Lisa Stubenrauch – Administrator, is in her 23rd year working in skilled nursing care. Her experience includes director of nursing, administrator, regional operations manager and regional nurse consultant. Lisa graduated from Seattle University with a nursing degree. She has been active in associations supporting the education of providers of long-term care as well as the author of various geriatric and skilled nursing care articles for Today’s Nurse. Lisa has been recognized with the 'Director of Nursing of the Year Award' in the western region. Her vast knowledge of care giving, enthusiasm and energy makes Lisa a great leader and valuable resource for residents, families and staff. Lisa is excited to be part of the great team at Issaquah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. |

Erlyn Calsado - Director of Nursing Services, has 12 years of extensive clinical experience which includes 3 years in acute care at St. Francis Hospital in addition to her 9 years of long term care. Erlyn is passionate about nursing and this is reflected in her high standard of patient care. Patients and families can be confident that quality nursing services will be provided to all. |

Lynnette Anderson – Admissions Director, is a Northwest native who received her degree from the University of Washington. Before joining Issaquah Nursing she supervised a call center for Microsoft and managed a Seattle surgery facility. Lynnette is dedicated to creating a positive experience for our residents and their families |
