Issaquah Nursing and Rehabilitation was honored as one of four facilities in the state of Washington who received the gold award for meeting Gold Level Standards in OSHA Safety Standards, Employer Commitment to Safety and Adherence to Rules, Safety Committee, New Employee Orientation and Training, Use of Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Investigations, and Inspections.
